Corruption Perception Index (CPI) 2009 - Interactive World Map

The Corruption Perception Index (CPI) published by Transparency International measures the perceived levels of public-sector corruption in a given country. It is a composite index drawing on different expert and business surveys. The scale is from zero (highly corrupt) to ten (highly clean).

People themselves are corrupt, therefore they find it beneficial to vote corrupt corrupt leaders in. Something might accrue to them doing this. That is why corruption might linger for long. The man leading the vanguard against corruption is himself neck-deep into it.

Thus, the government enslaves the people, keeping all of them deliberately ignorant.

esto es parte de la indiosicracia de la cultura y falta de escuelas y conosimientos,disiplina,religuione,etc,etc,etc,pobres paises que sus politicos son mas listos que su pueblo ,que el pueblo tiene su gobierno que se merese prque vota por le ,viva la democracia y lo peor los derechos humanos que protejen a los maleantes o estan con ellos, luego sigo .....
